ABOUT THE COMPETITION
After the success of the first four editions, La Compagnie des Desserts is launching the 5th edition of the « TROPHÉES DE LA GLACE ».
This competition, which highlights creative work around ice cream, is open to professionals in the culinary arts, both in France and internationally.
The competition and the award ceremony will take place on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, European Artisanal Ice Cream Day, at FERRANDI PARIS
Application requests open: 15 July 2025
Application requests close: 31 October 2025
Complete applications due: 30 November 2025
The Trophées de la Glace will take place on Tuesday 24 March 2026:
Final and challenges: 8:30am-1:15pm at the school FERRANDI PARIS
Judging: 1:15pm
Awards ceremony: 4:00-5:00pm
Cocktail reception: 5:00-6:30pm
