ABOUT THE COMPETITION
After the success of the first five editions, La Compagnie des Desserts is launching the 6th edition of the « TROPHÉES DE LA GLACE ET DU DESSERT GLACÉ ».
This competition, which highlights creative work around ice cream, is open to professionals in the culinary arts, both in France and internationally.
The competition and the award ceremony will take place on Tuesday, March 23, 2027, the day before the European Artisanal Ice Cream Day, at FERRANDI PARIS
Application requests open: 15 June 2026
Application requests close: 31 October 2026
Complete applications due: 11 December 2026
The Trophées de la Glace et du Dessert glacé will take place on
Tuesday 23 March 2027:
Final and challenges: 8:30am-1:15pm at the school FERRANDI PARIS
Judging: 1:15pm
Awards ceremony: 4:00-5:00pm
Cocktail reception: 5:00-6:30pm
