Following the success of the first two events, La Compagnie des Desserts is launching the third “Les Trophées de la Glace”.
The third event has gone international, with a call for entries to be spread across English- and Spanish-speaking countries.
This competition promoting creative ice cream work is open to catering professionals.
The final will be held on Monday 25 March 2024, the day after European Artisanal Ice Cream Day, at the Ferrandi Paris training school.

Each competitor will be asked to create an ice cream cup and an ice cream dessert in a plate on the theme "Flavours of the World"
