After the success of the first five editions, La Compagnie des Desserts is launching the 6th edition of the « TROPHÉES DE LA GLACE ET DU DESSERT GLACÉ ».
This competition, which highlights creative work around ice cream, is open to professionals in the culinary arts, both in France and internationally.
The competition and the award ceremony will take place on Tuesday, March 23, 2027, the day before the European Artisanal Ice Cream Day, at FERRANDI Paris

Each competitor will be asked to create an ice cream cup and an ice cream dessert in a plate on the theme "Iced creation with a molten center"
The Trophées de la Glace et du Dessert glacé final: venue, challenges, judging, ceremony & closing cocktail reception.
