After the success of the first three editions, La Compagnie des Desserts is launching the 4th edition of the « TROPHÉES DE LA GLACE ».
This competition, which highlights creative work around ice cream, is open to professionals in the culinary arts, both in France and internationally.
The competition and the award ceremony will take place on Monday, March 24, 2025, European Artisanal Ice Cream Day, at “Le Cordon Bleu Paris”.

Each competitor will be asked to create an ice cream cup and an ice cream dessert in a plate on the theme "Ice Cream in All its Forms"
