The competition

Trophées de la Glace 2025

After the success of the first three editions, La Compagnie des Desserts is launching the 4^thedition of the « TROPHÉES DE LA GLACE ».

This competition, which highlights creative work around ice cream, is open to professionals in the culinary arts, both in France and internationally.

The competition and the award ceremony will take place on Monday, March 24, 2025, European Artisanal Ice Cream Day, at “Le Cordon Bleu Paris”.

Selections in each country will be organized after the receipt of complete applications:

East France: November 25, 2024 in Lyon
West France: November 26, 2024 in Toulouse
Spain: November 28, 2024 in Madrid
England: December 3, 2024 (location to be confirmed)

Competition

Each competitor will be asked to create an ice cream cup and an ice cream dessert in a plate on the theme "Ice Cream in All its Forms"

Final

The Trophées de la Glace final: venue, challenges, judging, ceremony & closing cocktail reception.
