ABOUT THE COMPETITION
After the success of the first three editions, La Compagnie des Desserts is launching the 4th edition of the « TROPHÉES DE LA GLACE ».
This competition, which highlights creative work around ice cream, is open to professionals in the culinary arts, both in France and internationally.
The competition and the award ceremony will take place on Monday, March 24, 2025, European Artisanal Ice Cream Day, at “Le Cordon Bleu Paris”.

Application requests close: 20 October 2024
Complete applications due: 15 November 2024
The Trophées de la Glace will take place on Monday 24 March 2025:
Final and challenges: 9am-12pm at the school Le Cordon Bleu Paris
Judging: 2:30pm
Awards ceremony: 5-5:30pm
Cocktail reception: 5:30-6:30pm
