ABOUT THE COMPETITION
Following the success of the first five editions, La Compagnie des Desserts is proud to launch the 6th edition of the « TROPHÉES DE LA GLACE ET DU DESSERT GLACÉ ».
Celebrating creativity and craftsmanship in ice cream, the competition is open to foodservice professionals and culinary experts from France and around the world.
The competition final and awards ceremony will take place on Tuesday 23 March 2027 at FERRANDI Paris, on the eve of the European Day of Artisan Gelato.
Application requests open: 15 June 2026
Entry application deadline: 31 October 2026
Submission deadline for completed entry portfolios: 11 December 2026
Finalists announced: 21 January 2027
The Trophées de la Glace et du Dessert glacé will take place on
Tuesday 23 March 2027:
Final and challenges: 8:30am-1:15pm at the school FERRANDI PARIS
Judging: 1:15pm
Awards ceremony: 4:00-5:00pm
Cocktail party: 5:00-6:30pm
