Stéphanie Le Quellec

Portrait de Stéphanie Le Quellec

Born in 1981, Stéphanie Le Quellec joined hospitality school at the age of 14. After completing her studies, she began her career at the Four Seasons George V before leaving Paris for Provence, where she worked for six to seven years at the Four Seasons Terre Blanche.

In 2011, at the age of 28, she won the second season of **Top Chef**, which led to her being entrusted with managing the Hotel Prince de Galles in Paris. There, she earned her first Michelin star in 2014, followed by a second in 2019. A few months after this achievement, Stéphanie embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, opening her restaurant **La Scène** in October 2019, where she regained two stars just four months after its opening.

A mother of three, Stéphanie is now at the helm of three businesses: **La Scène**, as well as **Mam by Stéphanie Le Quellec**, her catering and pastry concept launched in 2020, and **Vive**, her seafood-focused restaurant opened in 2022.
